The things every registrar asks first

Does our data stay private?

Yes. Every institution gets its own tenant, and your roster is never visible to any other DocuGrad customer. CSVs replace the previous import on upload, so old graduate data does not linger.

Can we use our own diploma artwork?

Absolutely. Most institutions print on pre-printed stock with the school banner, seal, and signature labels already in place. DocuGrad lays the variable text precisely on top of that stock. No artwork rebuild required.

How do you handle multiple diploma variants?

Each variant is its own template. Routing rules pick the right one per graduate based on columns in your CSV. First-match wins, and a fallback template catches anything unrouted.

How long does setup take?

A single-template institution can be live the same day. Multi-template setups (most universities) typically run one to two weeks while we build and tune your variants against a sample print run.
